The Burney Fire
District was
formed in 1939 to protect the citizens and visitors of Burney. The
District is designed to be an “all risk” provider of emergency and
non-emergency services. The District covers 35 sq. miles. The
District’s Strategic Plan explains more about the District and its
mission.

provide you with information about the District. The District is
dedicated to protecting lives, property, and the environment within the
District as well as the Intermountain area. If there is information you
are unable to obtain from our web site, please contact the District
office.
Burney Fire
Protection District TOURS AND PRESENTATIONS
Requests for public education presentations, event appearances, and
fire station tours can be made through the Fire Department Headquarters
at 530-335-2212. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the
event.
Requests will be honored subject to personnel availability and
emergency call status.
